Jim Coudal is twittering an experiment called startwithagrand – he started yesterday with $1000 worth of stock, and he gets “one trade per day. One stock in portfolio. No tears.”
“We don’t even have a 5 minute plan.”Jim Coudal, in Mike Rohde’s sketch notes (flickr set) from this month’s Seed Conference. Required faction reading.
“Fail spectacularly whenever possible.”
That plus a ton of other fun and inspiring advice by Jim Coudal in today’s 37s writeup on how to transition from client work to products. And after an especially frustrating “client” day, this has me wondering how we can do the same at work.. This kind of talk has me wanting to take over the world.
One of my favorite designers (also the author of some of the best music to design to), Scott Hansen, aka ISO50 faces off in tomorrow’s Layer Tennis over at Coudal. If you’re not paying attention to this, do yourself a favor.
