I spent that last couple weeks searching for good broadband. I finally settled on the fastest available at my home: 1.5 Mbps DSL. That seems so archaic. Well, frankly, it is.
An AT&T executive said they’ll have 20 Mbps 3G running by next year. This could well put big companies like Comcast and Qwest right out of business, assuming good mobile tethering options are available. It seems that mobile data networks are poised to crush the world of wired infrastructure.
